Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10:00AM to 5PM. On performance days, our box office will open one hour prior to the performance start time and will close thirty minutes into the performance.

Yes! Tickets are available to purchase in person at the box office on the day of the performance. We open one hour prior to the performance time on event days.

Single event purchases are final, nonrefundable, and nonexchangeable.

If you lose or misplace your tickets, please call our box office before your performance date at (909) 885-8263 and we will be happy to provide replacements. Replacement tickets must be picked up at the box office, they will not be mailed to you.

Yes, everyone entering the venue must have a ticket, regardless of age.

Infants 24 month or younger are not encouraged.
